DEVELOPMENT TOOLS

Great leadership starts with awareness of who God created us to be and identifying the individual traits and styles He gave us to effectively lead others. The tools and assessments listed below are a great next step in your leadership and personal development.

Talk with your Small Group Coach about using some or all of these tools on your own or with your group.

#1: Learn what makes your personality unique.

Dust off your Myers Briggs Personality Profile you completed in Growth Track and review here. Here is a short refresher video from our friends at Life Church about how important it is to be you.

#2: Uncover your talents with CliftonStrengths.

CliftonStrengths is an online assessment that helps you identify what your top 5 strengths are among those most recognized in today’s culture. Learn the details of each one so you can hone your strengths or develop others. If you’re interested in this assessment and book, click here and we’ll follow up with you.

#3: Develop your emotional intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. If you’re interested in assessing your Emotional Quotient (EQi) and learning how to develop your EQ, complete this form. We will connect you with an EQ Certified Coach who will walk you through the process. The cost of an EQ Assessment is $60, which includes a debrief with an EQ Certified Coach.
