Hybrid Growth Track
Growth Track is designed to give you the necessary tools to help you grow spiritually so you can fulfill your God-given destiny. In Growth Track, you will learn what it means to be a part of the C3 Lindale family, discover your gifts and talents, develop your gifts and talents through leadership training, and have the opportunity to begin serving on the DREAM TEAM. We now offer a hybrid version that is interactive through video, reading material, and submission of targeted questions regarding the content.

Growth Track Session One
During Session One, we will be reviewing C3 Lindale's overall structure, history, and foundation. After Session One, you will understand:
- C3's vision, mission, & purpose
- C3's history and structure
- Details on what it means to Bring In, Build Up, Train, & Send Out

During Session Two, we will be reviewing C3 Lindale's hills to die on, our principles, what we believe, the C3 decision triangle, your personality type, and spiritual gifts assessment. After Session Two, you will understand:
- C3's most important principles
- C3's biblical beliefs
- Decision triangle on all major decisions
- Your Myer-Briggs personality profile
- Your spiritual gifts assessment
